  These guys were the best! Good prices, great food and excellent staff! I wish they’d pack up and come back to Tennessee and open shop near my house. Best food we’ve had on this vacation. Good job fellas.

  First time eating there and I've been down for 3 days with severe food poisoning... eat at your own risk. I could go in to how bland the mac salad was, or how the burgers were rubbery and over cooked, but I think the food poisoning is the bigger issue...

  Not impressed, place is not that clean, floor has not been mopped in months maybe years. Food was not that good. Sorry, wanted to like it.

  What was once Rochester's best plate has now become a gamble under the new ownership. Depending on who is working you may be able to get the same great food ahead of time by calling it in or you may wait 45+ minutes for an oily and poorly prepared meal when ordered in person on what will seem like a not that busy evening. Perhaps the biggest and most frustrating change is the elimination of the fountain drink machine which has been replaced with canned soda at a ridiculous $2 each. Unless some consistency with the food and a lower drink price ($1 per can at most) can be established, you're better off looking elsewhere.

  My friends and I ordered from here, they messed up every single one of our orders. Then when we called to complain, the man on the phone was indescribably rude to us. The food was also extremely bland and nearly inedible. This was the worst interaction I have ever had as a customer.
